Whether it’s been working for startups, national non-profits, or corporations serving millions, over the past 14 years I’ve had the good fortune of designing products and services focused on delivering human-centered solutions.

I believe design is best practiced in multi-disciplinary teams using iterative cycles of problem solving with a focus on the end user.

Start with empathy. Define the solution space. Ideate profusely. Prototype to refine. And test the solution. The best part of designing like this is that it starts and ends with people.
